Perfect for Small meetings, we offer a private, quiet meeting room, with
comfortable chairs, great lighting, and a private entrance, with seating
for up to 12.
Besides spectacular scenery, Casa Sedona offers a serene, calming retreat
to escape from the hustle and bustle of life – for that rare, quality
time with family, friends, or business colleagues. Choose Casa Sedona
as the perfect place for a productive “brainstorming” session!
Whatever the reason for your visit, our staff is expert at making sure
your visit to Sedona is exciting, satisfying, and memorable, no matter
what time of year.
We also offer informal meetings and can accommodate your business group
or special event for up to 50 guests.
DAY MEETINGS & CONFERENCES
Casa Sedona makes your meetings special! This unique property and
facilities are available from 11 am to 3 pm, Sunday through Thursday for
your day meeting or conference, for up to 20 guests.
Facility charge is $250. This includes set-up, bottled water, iced tea
or cider, freshly brewed coffee and our delicious home cookies.
Facility charge is waived if your booking includes five or more guest
suites / rooms, Sunday through Thursday. (Seasonal Exceptions may apply.)
OVERNIGHT CONFERENCES & CHARGES
To use the meeting facilities during weekends, all 16 guest rooms must be
booked. Seasonal exceptions and minimum stays may apply.
Groups of five rooms or more (Sunday - Thursday): 20% discount off room
rates (Travel Agent commission does not apply to group discounts). Discounts
apply if rooms are booked for two or more consecutive days Sunday - Thursday.
Full served gourmet breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres and beverages
are included for registered guests.
Friday and Saturday group accommodation discounts may apply depending on
season.
Ideal for outdoor informal discussions, break-out sessions and outdoor dining.
Seasonal usage (March through November).

DINING/CATERING
From a casual barbecue to a gourmet sit-down dinner, Casa Sedona will
be happy to arrange a fitting lunch or dinner menu for your group.
Lunch prices typically range from $14 to $32 per person. Dinners range from $35 to $75 per person (excluding beverages). An 18% percent service charge and taxes will be added to all catering charges.
