Only minutes to Sedona’s finest dining, shopping,and unique attractions; less than one hour to Flagstaff, Jerome, and the Verde Valley; just two hours to Phoenix or the Grand Canyon.

Our well-appointed rooms are perfect for a relaxing getaway, spiritual retreat, romantic honeymoon, or any special occasion. Your room will include one king or one queen bed (2 person max. per room), gas fireplace, a private bathroom, double spa tub (in some rooms), refrigerator, and an outdoor space for enjoying our sunny, mild weather. From your private balcony or our large juniper shaded patio, relax, listen to the sounds of the fountains, enjoy the majestic red rock views and let your cares slip away. Quiet & Peaceful dining

Our on-site Restaurant serves Breakfast daily from 7-11 am and brunch Fri-Tues 11:30-2 pm. Dine seasonally on our Juniper Garden Patio where you can relax beneath a canopy of juniper, blue sky and red rock views. On cooler high desert days, enjoy a table by the cozy fireplace in our intimate dining room.

Hiking without the drive

The Thunder Mountain Trail System is within walking distance from the Inn. Put on your hiking shoes and prepare to be amazed by the natural beauty of the trail which loops around Chimney Rock, or you can ascend to the Overlook at the top with a 360° view of Sedona.

Architectural gem

Casa Sedona Inn was designed to maximize the surrounding views by Mani Subra, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. One of Sedona’s highest red rock peaks, Thunder Mountain, dominates Casa Sedona Inn’s skyline. From our viewing deck, you’ll delight in other red rock formations such as Cathedral Rock, Chimney Rock, Lizard Head, & Coffee Pot Rock.

Dining at Casa Sedona Inn

Casa Sedona Inn Restaurant is open to the public, but reservations are required if you are not staying at the Inn.

When joining us for breakfast or brunch you can dine outdoors beneath crystal blue skies with magnificent red rocks glowing in the sunlight. On cooler days enjoy dining inside by our cozy fireplace.

Meals are not included in room rates. All alcohol purchased at the Inn must be consumed on the premises.

Room Service with our full menu is available for in-house guests.

* Casa Sedona Inn reserves the right to close the restaurant or any amenities on the premises including the spa without notice to promote safety or mandated by the city, state or federal government.

Guests rave about our hearty signature breakfast entrees. They are unique and our in-house chef seeks out the freshest local and organic ingredients where available. Savor our California or Sedona Style Eggs Benedict, Truffled Brie Scrambled Eggs, Mayan Quiche, Baja Chili Relleno, Signature Cinnamon, Raisin, and Walnut French Toast, our own mild Southwest Huevos Rancheros, or Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.

Answers to FAQ’s

Check-in/out:

Check-in is from 3 – 8 pm. Late check in is available until 10:00 pm with advanced notice. NO CHECK-INS ARE PERMITTED AFTER 10:00 pm.

Check-out is 11:00 am. Generally late check outs are not granted, but requests can be made to the Innkeeper on duty. Late check out fees may apply.

Elevators:

Stairs only, no elevator.

Children:

No one under 18 is allowed overnight. We are an adult’s only property. Our goal is to offer a quiet, romantic getaway. We are ranked #6 on the TripAdvisor “Most Romantic Hotels in the US” list.

Pets:

We are a Pet-Free (no pets allowed) property. If you are traveling with a Service Animal, please let us know at the time of booking. Emotional Support pets are not covered by the ADA’s Regulations, therefore, are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking:

No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises. Including but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, e-cigs, and medical marijuana. Please do not bring marijuana into rooms – it permeates everything in the room and leaves an odor behind. Smoking fees will apply if marijuana odor is present.

Candles:

May not be burned in the room – it is a safety issue. All rooms offer flameless candles for your romantic evenings.

Restaurant:

We do have the #1 Restaurant in town according to TripAdvisor.

Brunch is served 5 days a week Fri – Tues 11:30 am – 2 pm
Dinner is not served
Maximum party size is 4. We will not book parties larger
Reservations can be made by phone or through OpenTable. Larger parties that book through OpenTable will be seated as booked. Patio tables cannot be moved.
Overnight guests do NOT need reservations
Meals are not included in room rates
No pets allowed – including on the patio

Firearms:

Open carry firearms are NOT permitted on the premises.

Alcohol:

Beverages at the hot tub must be transferred to plastic or disposable cups – no glass is allowed. Local beer, wine, and limited cocktails are available for purchase from the Innkeeper while the office is open.

Swimming Pool:

No swimming pool, but we do offer an outdoor hot tub from 7 am – 10 pm daily. Towels are provided.

Laundry:

No laundry services. Front Desk can offer suggest facilities based on your needs.

Parking:

Free parking. No assigned or handicap parking. We have adequate parking for guests with a passenger vehicle. No parking is available for RVs, campers, or trailers.

ADA Rooms:

We do not have accessible rooms. However, we do have rooms that may fit your needs. Please call for advice. No Handicap parking.

Spa/Fitness:

No spa or fitness center on site. There is the Thunder Mountain Trailhead a ½ mile walk from the inn that offers several trails. There are also three spas within ½ mile from the Inn: Sedona New Day Spa, NAMTI, and A Spa For You.

Events/weddings:

We do not have meeting or event space on the premises.

Concierge Services:

Available from the Innkeeper at the time of check in or while the office is open.

Bicycles:

We do not have secure bike parking areas, but we do have rooms with outdoor patios/private courtyards. Those rooms are: Serena Vista and Sunrise have private courtyards. Thunder Mountain, Sonoran, Garden Pueblo, and Sunset have patios with 0-2 steps. Bicycles are not permitted inside rooms or buildings.
