Reservation Policy

  • A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Rates and amenities may change without notice.
  • Rates do not include sales tax or breakfast charges.
  • Check-in time is 3 pm; please call if your arrival will be after 6 pm for special instructions. Offices closes at 8 pm.
  • Check-out time is 11 am. Fees may apply if not checked out by 11 am.
  • We are a smoke-free property. No smoking of any kind - includes but not limited to E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed. (Service animals are welcome. Emotional Support animals are not allowed)
  • 2 person maximum occupancy per room.
  • Sorry, no children under 18 years of age.
 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel or shorten your stay less than 3 days prior to arrival - you agree to forfeit your deposit and paid room nights within the 72 hour time period. No penalty for cancellations up to 3 days prior to arrival date.
  • When reserving 10 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Deposit becomes non-refundable upon receipt.
